條款及細則
1)暑期無限通(“通行證”)之有效期為2013年7月1日至9月1日(“優惠期”)。

2)通行證只適用於持有由香港特別行政區政府發出之香港身份證(“身份證”)的香港居民，及持有有效香港身份證明文件的3至11歲小童(“合資格賓客”)。有效身份證明文件包括但不限於身份證或護照或出生證明書，及附有照片之學生手冊。

3)合資格賓客可於優惠期內於天際100香港觀景台(“天際100”)的一樓票務大堂購買通行證。

4)此優惠及通行證不得更換、轉讓、退款或兌換現金或其他產品或服務，及不可與其他優惠同時使用。

5)通行證不適用於2013年8月14日。通行證可於有效期內，及天際100的正常開放時間內無限次使用，除了：
#該通行證不適用的日子；或
#特別活動；或
#須另付費用的特別時段或節目；或
#天際100不時公佈的不適用日子。
#有關最新的不適用日子將列於天際100的網頁，並會不時更新。

6)合資格賓客須提供如第二條所載之身份證或有效身份證明文件，以及個人資料以作購票登記之用。合資格賓客的姓名將印於通行證上及不可更改。通行證持有人每次以通行證入場時，仍須出示身份證或有效身份證明文件以確認其持證人身份。

7)門票升級，無論於使用前或使用後，均不適用於購自旅行社的團隊或個人遊門票，及已列明不可升級的特別優惠門票。

8)受第7條約束下，未經使用及未過期之天際100門票，可於天際100票務大堂支付差價後升級至暑期無限通。

9)受第7條約束下，已使用之天際100門票，可於使用當天在天際100的100樓服務櫃台支付差價，將門票升級至暑期無限通。已使用之門票於賓客離開天際100後將不可進行升級。

10)11歲或以下之小童需由持有有效門票的成人陪同進入天際100。

11)基於觀景台容量、惡劣天氣、特別活動、安全及保安理由，天際100或會不時更改營運時間，暫時關閉觀景台或其任何部份，及/或限制入場，而不作事先通知及毋須退款或賠償。

12)因遺失、失竊或應通行證持有人要求而補發通行證須付手續費。補領時，通行證持有人須提供身份證或有效身份證明文件以供核實。

13)天際100將慎重地保留、處理及使用於賓客購買或換領通行證時所收集到的個人資料。有關個人資料將被用作登記發出通行證，以及用作推廣天際100的設施、服務、特別活動及推廣活動。

14)天際100不會將收集到的個人資料與第三方分享，唯在資料當事人允許天際100與其他公司共享有關資料的情況下例外。

15)天際100有權隨時於以下情況取消及/或沒收通行證 而毋須退款或作出任何賠償：
#使用通行證入場或領取優惠者並非通行證持有人；或
#通行證持有人違反或不遵守此等條款及細則或天際100的規則；或
#通行證持有人作出危險、違法或無禮的行為而影響其他賓客或其自身；或
#為保障安全、治安或秩序；或
#天際100認為情況所需。

16)天際100擁有對此條款及細則之最終解釋權，並保留就爭議及與此優惠有關的任何問題之最終決定權。
   
17)天際100有權隨時修訂此推廣活動的條款及細則、終止或暫停優惠而不作事先通知。
   
18)以上條款及細則以英文及中文編寫，中英文本如有歧異或矛盾，概以英文本為準。



During the "Sky-high Summer 3D Wonderland" campaign, sky100 presents "Summer Pass" special offer* to Hong Kong residents. Visitors with a valid Hong Kong ID card can enjoy a complimentary upgrade to the “Summer Pass”* at the time of purchasing regular price ticket purchase. The pass enables unlimited visits to sky100 until 1 September.

Terms and Conditions
1)Summer Pass (“Pass”) is valid during Jul 1 to Sep 1, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).

2)This Pass is only applicable to holders of Hong Kong Identity Card (“HKID”), issued by the government of Hong Kong Special Administration Region, and children aged 3 – 11 with a Hong Kong valid identification (“Eligible Guest”). Valid identification includes but not limited to HKID or passport or birth certificate, and student handbook with photo.

3)Eligible Guests are entitled to purchase the Pass during the Promotion Period at the 1/F Ticket Centre of sky100 Hong Kong Observation Deck (“sky100”).

4)This offer and Pass are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable either in whole or in part, for cash or for any other items and cannot be used in conjunction with other ticket promotions or discounts.

5)This Pass is not applicable on August 14, 2013. This Pass is entitled with unlimited admission to sky100 during normal operating hours and during the validity of the Passes, except for: -
#Block-out dates applied for the Pass; or
#Special events; or
#Special timeslot or programs which require a separate admission charge; or
#Block-out dates as announced by sky100 from time to time.
#The prevailing block-out dates are set out in the sky100’s website and are subject to change.

6)Eligible Guests will be required to present HKID or valid identification as set out in clause 2 and provide personal data at the time of purchase or issue of Pass. The name of the Eligible Guest will be printed on the Pass and the name as printed cannot be changed. Each Pass holder is required to present HKID or valid identification upon each entry into sky100 for verification.

7)Ticket upgrade, both used and unused, is not applicable to tickets purchased from travel agents, both Tour Group and Free Itinerary Travel; and special discounted tickets which indicated as non-upgradable.

8)Subject to clause 7, unused and unexpired sky100 tickets may be upgraded to Summer Pass by paying the price difference at the 1/F Ticket Centre.

9)Subject to clause 7, used sky100 tickets may be upgraded to Summer Pass by paying the price difference only at the 100/F services counter and during the visit. No upgrade of used tickets will be allowed after a guest has left sky100.

10)Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket upon admission.
11)sky100 may from time to time, without prior notice and without refund or compensation, change the operating hours, close the Observation Deck or any part of it temporarily, and/or restrict the admission, due to capacity, inclement weather, special events, safety and security concerns.
   
12)A handling fee will be charged for the replacement of Pass due to loss, theft or upon Pass holder’s request. Pass holders will be required to provide HKID or valid identification for verification during replacement process.

13)Personal data collected in connection with the purchase or issue of the Pass will be held, processed and used in prudent and reasonable procedures to safeguard the data by sk100. The data collected will be used for registration and issuance of the Pass and marketing of sky100’s facilities, services, special events and promotional activities.

14)sky100 will not share any personal data collected to third parties, except the data subject allows sky100 to share such data with another company.

15)sky100 reserves the right at any time to revoke and/or retain the Pass without refund or compensation:
#If the Pass is used for admission or redemption of benefits by any person other than the Pass holder; or
#If the Pass holder violates or fails to comply with any of these Terms and Conditions or any of the Rules of sky100; or
#If the Pass holder performs unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior that affects other guests or his/her own; or
#To ensure safety, security or order; or
#If sky100 considers that the circumstances so require.

16)These Terms and Conditions are subject to the interpretation of sky100 which shall be final and conclusive. In the event of dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions and all other matters relating to this offer, the decision of sky100 shall be final.

17)sky100 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to terminate or suspend this offer at any time without prior notice.
   
18)In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
